The participation in any activity organized by ASTURIAS PLANET, TA.393. AS requires you to accept the terms and conditions described below.
In mountain sports, there is always a potential risk derived from the nature of the activities, which must be assumed by the participants.
All our staff is trained and qualified, with professional and sporting experience.
The safety of the participants depends on our guides’ advice, guidelines, warnings, and indications.
The participant gives their consent to use the graphic images taken during the activities for informative campaigns that ASTURIAS PLANET will create in the future.
The client is obliged to inform us about possible health problems, allergies, or cardiovascular diseases before contracting any activity.
Likewise, the client agrees not to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs and/or narcotics, or any other medication that may affect your ability to react to situations.
It is highly recommended to be in possession of a Spanish Federation of Mountain and Climbing Sports license. They are valid for one year.
BOOKING CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT METHODS
The rates shown on the website are VAT INCLUDED. We’ve detailed all the services included, not included and optional.
The selected rural accommodation includes rural houses, apartments and small hotels, which may include some shared common spaces.
A minimum of 4 participants is required to start the activity. It is possible to contract an optional cancellation insurance.
To make your reservation, or that of several people, it is essential to provide the name, surnames, ID / passport, phone number and email of each participant.
At the time of booking, an account number will be provided to pay 20% of the price of the activity.
The remaining 80% must be paid 20 days before the start of the activity.
If, 20 days before the start of the activity, the minimum number of 4 people required has not been reached, ASTURIAS PLANET will return 100% of the deposit or change the dates of the activity in agreement with the client.
