Hiking and disconnection in a unique natural space
Redes Natural Park is a Biosphere Reserve full of contrasts, where you can walk through lush forests (40% of its surface), green valleys and steep mountains.
It is a world filled with the sound of water in the form of streams, waterfalls, and reservoirs. This relaxing background melody will accompany us throughout our walks here.
Redes has varied fauna, including a large deer population. During their rutting season (September and October), you’re likely to hear to their mating calls off in the distance.
The local people are very welcoming. Its beautiful quaint villages preserve that traditional feeling.
They live according to the rhythm of the seasons, and you’ll appreciate the smell of firewood and homemade food that fills the air.
In Redes, there are a variety of mountain routes, and you’ll have the opportunity to wander along its magical trails. The type of excursion will depend on the preferences and physical fitness of the hikers.
We’ll plan to stay 4 nights in one of its charming mountain villages, and from there we will travel each day to where the chosen excursion begins.
